I had one in my parent's backyard that my neighbor planted, where it creeped over to ourside. Ironically, when the neighbors uprooted the bamboo, they only removed the ones popping up on their yard, so the bamboo kept living but as our problem. π

And where does a man get a proper set of leather work gloves, in Japan? I know they really go for those white cotton gloves, but I can't see them being very useful for gripping, or protective in any real way.
