The hundreds of videos we have taken of phone fools and I cant remember any of them noticing the camera... too busy staring at what their friend ate for lunch, or some other BS, Brian :-D

2024-04-21 10:32:59 +0000 UTC(One-man sting operation.) I honestly can't believe how blatant they are, about it. I haven't seen that kind of brazen phone handling up here in many years. It's been outright banned, and I do believe that if caught, a driver is given demerit points on his/her license as well as a fine. (And now that I think about it, not only did they not notice the sign... they didn't even notice YOU up there pointing a camera right at them!)
