Decreasing colors can actually INCREASE sales. There have been study’s done that show decreasing the number of options actually reduces decision fatigue and results in better conversions. As far as getting natural light, since it’s winter, try taking photos during the brightest part of the day, and as close to a window as you can. You don’t want direct sunlight, you want the ambient light

Any suggestions on how to get better natural light? I’m in Canada and this time of year, we don’t get much of that… Great to hear about slimming the colors down, I’ve been worried that limiting the colors would decrease sales but this will help me develop the store.
