New Artwork "Cliffside Hamlet"

Hi everyone! The new piece of a cliffside hamlet is done. There are many of them on this island, as the cliffs provide shelter from wind and rain. They are usually inhabited by magicians, scholars, biologists, alchemists and many more who just want their calm life outside of the cities bustling with life and noise. Not every hamlet has a tower, but most of them do, as the height gives you a spectacular view across the plains and the far distanced sea.

This piece itself was fun to draw and done rather fast, most likely since there is just so much negative space where there was nothing to draw. The crops will also look really cool I think, losing the vastness of the scene, yet having a better chance to peak at the details.

I'll have to finish up a commission this week, but will have some time for personal work as well. There are lots of ideas in my head again, one of them is something that is out of the ordinary again, but I don't know yet if the idea will come together properly - I'll have to sketch it out and see if it works. I'll be back soon though - have a nice Sunday and following week!
