Patreon May Update

Hello there Patrons! Another month has come and gone and we've actually gotten a good number of new subscribers since the last update. So hello to all of you and I hope you enjoy what you find here. 

First up, it's now May which means that this whole month is going to be dedicated to Street Fighter. I'm working on a video about cut Street Fighter characters, and at the end of the month, just in time for SF6, we're going to put out Part 1 of the Street Fighter Retrospective, which will cover the first and second games (as well as quickly touching on Final Fight since it was originally meant to be the sequel to SF1). Up there you can see the artwork for Part 1 which we got from DKirbyJ who has done so many pieces of art for us before and it looks great. 

And we also have this artwork for Part 3 done by Tovio Rogers, who is one of the artist for the actual Street Fighter comics, so that's huge.

So what do I have planned for the Patrons this month? Well for the $10 patrons we'll of course have early looks at those two videos as I edit them. But also since we just did the latest Build the Roster, I'll be putting out a post for them that shows some behind the scenes info, detailing characters that I had to cut from the video and why.

Now for all the $5 and up Patrons, starting tomorrow the Fighting Game Spotlight tournament returns. We have now entered round 2 and got to say, there's a lot of surprises in here, so I'm excited to see who will move onto the next round. We're going to do two polls a week for this round over the next four weeks, so make sure to be on the lookout for that. (Also I'm going to try and capture some footage of each of these games to show them off but I don't think Patreon will let you post a video and a poll together so that might fall through). Speaking of the Fighting Game Spotlight show, I've got four out of the twelve scripts already written, so by the end of the month hopefully I should have all eight of the non Patreon selected episodes written and can start recording them in June.

And now that the problems with my bank are being resolved I might be able to hire on an editor soon, which should help out with all the new shows we have coming out.
