Issues With Patreon - Full Disclosure

Hi everyone,

Sadly, I have no good news today, Patreon “trust & safety” team gone amok recently, targeting this profile like it goes against community guidelines.

Maybe you noticed some old posts are being randomly deleted.

Although I believe they are wrong, as this profile does not contain any NSFW / Nude content and marked as 18+, and although when I first opened this profile I made sure with them that this type of content is ok - they won’t listen, and it doesn’t seem like there’s a sane / care listening person at the other side, even chatGPT would be more helpful.

Although Patreon is convenient in terms of posting my stories, having a “Big Brother” watching everything I post and bullying me about it is unacceptable, and unsustainable.

Not even mentioning the 30% share they take, which I’m ok with as long as the platform serves me and you in a respectful manner.

I want to explain the current situation clearly, so you won’t have any surprises, and perhaps calm you in case you are worried about it.

My plan B:

Although I will try to maintain this profile, if they insist not to listen to reason, future content will be published outside of Patreon, for your convenience I will push this moment as far as I can.

I’m going to implement my private subscription plans on the website I made to host my games: Giantess-Interactive.

I thought about migrating to another platform, but what if they decide to push me out as well at some point? I had enough of that.

In my website, I can post whatever / however I want, answering to no one except my followers, and also keep most of the funds to invest in creating better content, and maybe it’s even best that way, I don’t know.

What happens with my ongoing pledge?

I give you my word that not a single dollar will be lost on your side.

Even though Patreon are going to refund for the relative amount, no matter how and when the page gets suspended, (again - hopefully it won’t), you just contact me through Giantess-Interactive chat and once the private platform is ready you will get a free month of your tier on my website (only if you were an active Patron on the blackout day), no matter how far you will be from your next payment here on Patreon, even if it’s just a day. Unless you insist on over-pledging in order to support me, I won’t ask you to pay anything.

And please use the same email you use here if possible.

What happens with existing content?

That’s the frustrating part, exporting it doesn’t seem possible without wasting weeks of work. As much as it saddens me, I can’t spare that time.

So I encourage you to download and save whatever you can. Especially if there are posts you haven’t read yet, save it out of Patreon.

I’ve made a dedicated channel on Discord called “Saved Content”, feel free to upload whatever you want there.

I’m not sure how it works but I guess that if they decide to deactivate the page, everything will be lost forever 🙁

What happens with future content?

At the moment, the rest of May and almost the entire June month are already scheduled with posts, stories, even long ones (9 parts +), comics and surprises I kept for you.

I’m leaving it untouched while I try to reason with Patreon, so everything is going to continue normally for now.

I’m going to export and save aside whatever I can of the unpublished content, and maybe even make a “publish bomb” with everything at once in case I know for sure that the page is about to get closed, but that will be an extreme measure.

I really hope that it’s solvable and we can continue our community here, but it’s always good to have a plan B.
