Caretaking Step Sister

When the shrinking virus finally got you, at least it happened in a safe area in a hospital, you came over when you started feeling the symptoms, a special kind of luck most people don't get.

You signed Natalie as your caretaker, a good friend of yours, you were sure that she would be ok with it but once she saw you all shrunken and dependent, she got cold feet.

“Look, Matt, I understand your situation but I can’t do it, it’s too much responsibility”, she explained at the hospital, talking to your aquarium.

“Please Natalie I swear I’ll be convenient, I’ll do whatever you say”

“And what if I decide to go on vacation? or what will my boyfriend feel about a tiny guy being in our home? Look, I’m sorry, you’ll have to find a different caretaker”

It broke your heart, you had no other caretaker, you didn’t know what else to do.

But the hospital had protocol, and they were looking at your relatives.

“It looks like your only option is Rose, your step sister”, the nurse explained.

“No, oh my god, please no”, you started shaking in fear, Rose bullied you most of your life, getting you as a shrunken toy would make her ruthless… she’s the most megalomaniac person you ever knew, and you haven’t talked with each other for years.

The nurse was already holding a black marker, she copied the details from the PC’s screen on your aquarium, you saw “Rose” being written in mirror reflection.

“W-Wait! There must be a different way! Please!” You called and banged the glass.

“Sorry, they stopped with the government assigned caretakers since they abused it too much”, she explained calmly, “she’s your family, it can’t be that bad”.

“It is! It is that bad! Please - so you take me, I’ll do whatever you want, I’m begging you!” You fell on your knees.

She giggled and shook her head, “even if I wanted to, it would be illegal, sorry”, she finished writing Rose’s address on the glass, “anyway Matt, good luck to you, you’ll be picked up and shipped soon”, she said with a smile and went away.

You couldn’t believe it’s happening, you couldn’t believe Rose is going to be your caretaker.

“Little bro!” Rose exclaimed above your aquarium in her living room as she laid eyes on you, she couldn’t hold it back and started laughing, “amazing how life turns out, huh?”

You sat all curled up in the corner, looking at her, having a panic attack, her bullying look reminded you of your worst childhood memories.

“You know what’s the best thing? Your mommy isn’t here to protect you from me anymore”, she giggled, your eyes widened in terror.

“Swallowed your tongue? I missed your whining sounds”, she mocked you, but you remained silent.

She picked up the aquarium and walked to her bedroom. You saw that there’s already a different aquarium with 2 slaves inside, they looked bruised, thin, pathetic, but somehow happy to see her, they walked to the glass with smiles.

“Goddess!”

“Welcome back goddess!” They both called, you heard them faintly, it sent chills down your spine.

“Meet my step brother - Matt”, she held the aquarium next to them, they waved to you but you couldn’t hear them anymore, their eyes were empty, they looked like brainwashed fanatics.

“He will be kept away from you, he needs to be educated, I’m his caretaker now”, she explained with pleasure, they nodded excitedly, then she went and placed your aquarium on the floor, next to her bed, and placed her foot on top of it.

“Ah, little bro”, she pressed the glass with her sole, then raised it, leaving sweat marks as she pulled it back, “finally in your natural place, under my feet”, she giggled, used her toes to open the aquarium and reached her foot inside, you pushed your back harder into the glass, raising your arms to protect yourself.

She started dragging her foot toward you, you turned your face to the side, her big toe pushed your cheek, shoving you to the glass, you started sobbing.

“Oh, finally a sound!” She exclaimed with a laugh, “missed it so much! Brings up memories!”

You tried to push her big toe away, the smell was hideous, it was sticky and hot.

“How about a kiss? No?” She pushed her big toe at your face, you squirmed and kept trying to push it back.

She giggled and pulled her foot out, looking at you falling to your knees and crying. She looked straight into your eyes and gave you a third finger with her familiar arrogant expression, you tried to be as silent as you could so she won’t get the pleasure.

Then she spit into the aquarium, a big hunk of saliva landed beside you, she wiped her lips and smiled.

“No food or water until you start behaving”, she stated with a giggle and used her foot to close your aquarium, then pushed you beneath her bed.

You started crying louder, realizing that from now on your life is going to be an endless torment.

She ignored you for maybe a day, or even more, you couldn’t tell, you were thirsty and hungry like never before, you sat and watched her disgusting saliva, slowly realizing that there’s no other option if you want to survive, you miserably licked and swallowed it while crying.

Hours later, you finally saw her face again as she pulled your aquarium out, “hey Matt, you must be hungry, right?”

You pathetically nodded with tears.

She grabbed you, ignoring your squirms, and walked to the living room, there she dropped you inside one of her sneakers, you fell on all four, then looked up at her face.

“I Used it barefoot today, there must be some edible stuff for you”, she laughed arrogantly and went away, “I would give you some of my foot gunk straight from the source but my other slaves are hungry as well”, she said from afar.

You sighed and started crying again, looking at all the dirt around you, sniffing the putrid smell of her foot sweat, it overwhelmed and engulfed you.

This is a nightmare, you have no one to help you, you couldn’t stop thinking on how are you going to survive this hell, you saw some crumbs in the toe section, you weakly crawled to them, grabbed one with two hands and started chewing it, it was soaked in dry foot sweat, horrible taste, but at least you get to put something in your stomach.

You continued to pathetically eat crumbs until you heard her steps getting closer. Then you saw her foot, wearing white sock, sliding inside, she was giggling cruelly from above.

You shrieked in fear and embraced yourself, her sock pushed you to the edge of the shoe, you squirmed and kicked but it just amused her more.

“Forgot something at the gym, maybe I’ll get inside the sauna for a bit, we’ll see”, you heard her muffled voice from outside the shoe.

As she walked out, the pressure almost made you faint, her sock slowly got soaked with foot sweat, it slowly got out of the fabric and on you, it was boiling hot, you cried and tried to wipe it away but with every step she took it just kept getting worse.

The torment was unbearable, you kept crying, all curled up and shoved by her toes, then at some point she finally stopped moving, but it was getting hot, suffocating, you felt like it’s at least 60 degrees here.

You started squirming harder, trying to understand what’s going on. It's like you were about to die, you kicked her toes over and over again, but they kept sweating more and more, by now you were literally sitting inside a small pond of foot sweat.

“ROSE!!! I WILL DIE PLEASE STOP!!” You screamed in panic, you started biting her toes, gritting your teeth through the sock, getting your mouth filled with sweat, you didn’t care - all you wanted was for the sweat to stop pouring.

The sweat level got to your chest, it was claustrophobic, you were breathing the sweat, desperately pushing her toes for some fresh hair.

Your body couldn’t comprehend what you’re going through, you entered a trauma state, you passed out and fell inside the foot sweat, drowning in her foot sweat, slowly losing consciousness.

Her foot was pulled out and you were washed in her foot sweat like being pulled out of a sea, all wet and

Miserable, coughing out foot sweat by instinct, and passing out.
