Just as an aside to this subject of drivers behavior on roads in Japan, we here in the States have been following a continuing story in Japan where one motorist took it upon himself to harass another, stopping him on a highway and then getting out and beating him inside his own car. That is the type of incident here that doesn't get much media play but in Japan it apparently does. Seems police caught up with that driver, now the whole nation knows who this bully is. For him, that's the worst thing that could happen.
