Very true Frank. Authorities like to call situations like that "isolated incidents" inferring it was a freak situation not prone to repeating. Wrong.

2019-08-11 17:30:45 +0000 UTCProbably because of my age, my thoughts also go to the elderly, many probably alone without family members, vulnerable with different circumstances but the same risk. I don't believe any culture's practices, history, or perceived value is above common human sense.
