I bet more than a few of us are having "Wolf Children" fantasies looking at this. An abandoned house that you could get cheap. Needs lots of repairs, but when you do them you discover that it's a gem. Of course, anyone who's seen the 'Old Farmhouse' videos, knows that reality is quite different. No less satisfying in the end, but different.
