Art?

Art is generally defined as the creation of something beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance. If this satisfies one or more of those criteria for someone somewhere, then it's art, IMO.

2016-10-26 23:12:03 +0000 UTCJust like you say Japan has many paradoxes, cleanliness is sort of one of them. Streets and public areas are generally kept very clean but then you'll get vehicles or rubbish dumped in certain areas, and they can stay there for a while.
