No more grinding special clients in prostitution, those long scenes were never meant to be grinded, no long scene is meant to be grinded (Deckard scenes will be fixed soon). That's what the random clients are for. BUT, now the special clients give a a much better amount of money, ONCE. Then you'll have to use the random clients (which also give more money as you go up in lust.)
You will gain 5-15 hunger everyday. But, the insanity gain when you reach 100% hunger is no longer a flat 20%, now it ranges from 10-20, making it harder to die from insanity.
