Autódromo Internacional da Patagonia V1.1 + WiP update

New version of the Autodromo da Patagonia has now been uploaded in the same download folder:

All 4 layouts now have:
- New objects trackside
- New Jumbotrones
- Improved track textures and object textures
- New extensions.ini and surface.ini files
Lots of videos on the youtube channel to check the updates!
What I'll be working on next is:
- Kalevi Circuit in Tallinn, circuit and most surroundings have been done. I'm waiting for 3D buildings that have been commissioned.
