Supplement Description:

The Order of Whispered Lore & Shadow, or simply Owls, is a secretive society of highly skilled spies and agents who operate with a level of cunning and resourcefulness unmatched by any other group in the land. The Owls are renowned for their abilities to gather information and manipulate events to achieve their goals without ever being detected. They are masters of subterfuge, working in the shadows to achieve their objectives.

The Owls operate in secret. Their network spans across the land, with members skilled in the art of espionage, always gathering information and manipulating events to achieve their goals. Few have laid eyes on the Owls, as they prefer to remain hidden and unnoticed, but whispers of their cunning and resourcefulness have spread far and wide.

Tales of their exploits, whispered in hushed tones, circulate among the populace, fueling both fear and fascination. The common folk view the Owls as enigmatic figures, striking a delicate balance between reverence and trepidation. Their mystique has spawned numerous legends, attributing supernatural powers or divine intervention to their actions. This combination of fear and reverence serves the Owls well, as it cultivates an atmosphere of caution and uncertainty, making it increasingly challenging for anyone to challenge their covenant.
