Also, what she meant by "getting scouted" was by a modeling/entertainment agency; it is common in Tokyo (& other places) for these agencies to just walk up to strangers with the intention of scouting them! It sounds crazy and there's like an 80% chance of getting scammed but I have heard that it is how a lot of huge K-pop artists started their training.
