Someone earlier wrote "Benjamin Bratt (the guy from Miss Congeniality) is playing Bail Organa (Princess Leia’s [the female lead of the original movies from the 70’s and 80’s] dad) in this series."
Just want to add, Bail Organa is a senator like Mon Mothma. Mon is the representative of planet Chandrila and Bail is the representative of planet Alderaan. They are friends and allies.

If you haven't, Milena and Lola, you should read my direct message to you regarding Star Wars.

Another example of this show’s greatness, they recognize the poignance in a great warrior dying, not in battle, but in a reckless accident. Lesser shows would have required Cinta to die in a heroic moment.

A Cinta episode is probably one of the biggest stories we lost when the series was reduced to two seasons. Her back story and the actor’s performance were too rich to leave unexplored. I know Tony Gilroy said there were quite a few stories that they wanted to do that were left unfilmed. Including some with complete scripts.

Indeed! I think Lola is a West Wing fan, so I'm sure she would have enjoyed seeing Jimmy Smits as well.

It's genuinely kinda funny seeing this reaction to Bail Organa's 'recast' actor, after seeing a bunch of SW fans mald over/be disappointed by it instead lol.

They REALLY need to be watching these in the 3-episode arcs. They're watching so much OTHER content in between watching single episodes of Andor one at a time, they're missing or forgetting the smaller details.

Vel's monologue is great. It swings between her desire to tear the man to pieces for killing Cinta and not wanting to destroy someone who is part of the Rebellion. With one breath she's attacking him in her grief, the next she's trying to tell him that he must make his every action from then on a way to pay off his debt for what the Rebellion just lost.

You saw the guy at the art show (Orson Krennic played by Ben Mendelsohn) in episode 1 of this season running the Imperial meeting where they came up with the plan for Ghorman that was modeled after the Wannsee Conference. I’ll avoid spoilers just to say he’s in the upper ranks of the Empire in their weapons research and development division
