Just a note that Pete is 32 or 33 by this point. Pete behaves like a child so he seems younger, but we are coming up on the age we first meet Don at (~34). The high regard everyone had for Don since S1 that Pete has never been able to achieve is his biggest insecurity.

The prostitute with Pete had a tight body but that nothing compared to Trudy the person. Ogling a high school student is revolting but I guess Pete is still in his 20s. Pete is young and while having more power at work, seems to remain subordinate in perceived stature. I will say that Pete exceeded my expectation in his success at work. Pete has more than nothing. For me, Pete has been a mixed bag in the series, with more negative than positive. I never saw Pete or his insecurities as adorable. Don remained faithful to the stunning Megan. But that’s not Don’s M.O. What gives? The mass shooting (killing 14) by Charles Whitman from the clock tower on the University of Texas campus in Austin took place on August 1, 1966. I’ve walked by that tower several times. An excellent documentary (mostly-animated and told in narrative form) on the mass shooting: “Tower” (2016). IMDb 7.9, RT 99%. SWSX Audience Award.
