Bonaparta and the Red Rose Mansion are not related to kinderheim 511, they are Czech, not East German. Remember from way back in ep 16 we know the way Johan ended up in kinderheim 511 was that General Wolf found by chance the twins alone at the border half starved and at death's door. He saved the twins lives and decided to send Johan to 511.
