you know when you watch a documentary about a serial killer and they portray them as a genius and that's why they got away with it for so long but then you look into it and it turns out the police made 50 mistakes and ignored important testimony and that's the real reason they couldn't catch him? that's lunge right now. except johan IS a genius but the fact that he's been told repeatedly about johan by different people and he's still dead set on his original theory? he's hilarious. love it.

I'd strongly recommend watching 37, 38 and 39 together to put a knot on the first half of Monster.
Wait , did they say they're going to watch episode 36 immediately after? Haha, looks like they will cut the next discussion short so they can watch episode 37 right after too :D

We don't learn the story of the picture book in this episode, but we do learn that it had a subconscious influence on Johan. The fact that he has written some phrases from the book on walls, which Tenma, Nina, and Lunge found, suggests something bigger. And the beginning that Lotte read aloud gives us a very good idea of what the book is about. I'm so excited for the next three episodes.

Should we tell Milena when Eva shows up again? Or give her a hint like episode 8X? :D
