It sounds silly but a to do list, or just writing down your plans for the day or what you want to achieve for that day can help, segmenting what you have to do also helps. For example if you know you have to study for your exam, plan it out and don’t cram it all into one day. Daily routines are also helpful because your mind and body will get used to that & over time will not want to deviate from it

Could you maybe do a video on how we can maintain/grow arms, chest, shoulders etc whilst at home as the gyms are shut? Would be much appreciated
