8/1/23 Mod Updates and Patch Report

🔼 Home Regions has been updated:

• Added support for the new World, Chestnut Ridge
• Added German translation by Maarkan
• Added Simplified Chinese translation and updated Traditional Chinese translation by WANZI

Note: Townie Demographics does not require a content update at this time, as Chestnut Ridge already comes with a demographics template

🔼 Basic Burns has been updated:

• Robots no longer get tanned or sunburned
• Sims with fantasy skintones (red, green, blue, etc) no longer get tanned or sunburned
• Sims can no longer apply sunscreen while swimming in order to prevent a weird animation error
• Sunblock is now retail compatible
• Tans and burns now develop faster in desert worlds and in extreme weather
• Mermaids and Sims with Island traits tan and burn slower
• The shiny sunblock overlay has been discontinued, as it caused too much confusion and issues with other skin details for such a small effect
