(Dragoon) Beyblade Kit Card 3D Print Files

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please use double-sided tape or glue between the top layer of the Beyblade and the bearing. This is because we need to cease the relative motion between the inner and outer cylinders of the bearing. If we don't do that, the Beyblade is still going to spin, but it'll spin in a much crappier way (it'll stop spinning much sooner). I forgot to mention this in the video, apologies for that.

I print these in PLA at 0.16mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.

I've included both, the 3MF and the STL files for this so you should be good regardless of whether you have a printer with AMS or a regular printer.

Zeyad Bassiouny

what size bearing

Zeyad Bassiouny

its a normal skateboard bearing

Altti Tammelin

what size is the bearing you used?

Sherri Kelley

might be because of the layer height difference, it works fine on .16 for me...

Of course!!

I printed this on a neder 3 .2mm lay height and .4mm nozzle, the bey seems to have printed fine but the gear that goes into the launcher does not want to fit, it seems that the bridge between the gear the spinny thing that is outside the launcher is 2 big idk maybe it could be the layer height difference???

Hey Toast, this is the first Video of yours I have seen but thought it was amazing. Im slicing on prusaslicer with a .4 nozzle and the support pillars under the "rotor"?..(wording from someone elses comment)/the gear dont show up. I would love to modify the model so i can print with few headaches. Is this okay with you? I would also love to share this and possibly my modified design on thangs (3d model sharing website) where I have a small community?

theo lewis

email me, and we can discuss about this - business.toastchannel@gmail.com

Does any of the paid tier allow the sale of these?

Morialkar

I used the anycubic slicer with the stl, let me try again using another slicer and I'll report back

Hmm, that is strange, are you using Bambu slicer or is it some other slicer? If you're not able to resolve this, let me send you the files in another format, that might work (I'm not sure)

Spilled Cereal

very nice model, but when slicing using a .4 nozzle the supports under the rotor do not appear for me.
