“What happened out there?” Itami asked as she handed Tomoya a bottle of water.

“Well, Wyverns, slaves, different kinds of monsters from goblins to trolls. I was killing what I could to save those I could. I feel kind of bad, though most of those cops I brought over died instantly.

“But just before the JSDF showed up, there were many soldiers in armor as well. It was a full-scale invasion. They came here to take land. Sadly medieval crap won’t work on this world. So I cut and cut and cut until the army showed up before coming here.” Tomoya did not go into graphic detail but she did explain how she selected who she saved and everything else. Itami just held his head. This fox girl was a bit crazy. There was no doubt about that.

With everything now being handled by the JSDF Itami, of course was summoned in and Tomoya tagged along not caring what others said.

“And? Why is a civilian dressed in cosplay here?” Itami’s superior asked as he stared at Tomoya, who was smiling back at him. But his eyes were stuck in the two tails. They moved around, so life like he did not know what to think.

“She is Sakagami Tomoya. She is someone who can understand the language of the invaders.” Itami replied. He had no other way to explain things so he had decided on it like this.

“Oh? I did hear that this was the case. If this is true, then she will need to prove it.” Itami’s superior picked up his phone and dialed a number before saying: “Bring him in.”

A man wearing handcuffs covered in dirt and sweat was dragged into the room. His pants and shoes showed that he was far from being from this world. The man looked at the people around him and mumbled under his breath in a language they had never heard before.

“Oh? You want them to just kill you?” Tomoya asked. She was now speaking the man’s language, which shocked the man.

“You can understand me!? Tell them I will never talk! They can just kill me!” The man spoke without any hesitation. His eyes showed pure hate those everyone around him.

“So you want me to tell the old man there that he is fatso with no balls and that if he could torture you by letting bugs eat at your wounds and borrowing under your skin to lay eggs, you will finally talk? Okay, I will tell him now.” Tomoya smiled brightly as if wanting to tell Itami’s superior but was quickly stopped by Itami and pulled to the side.

“What did you tell this guy? He looks scared to death!” Itami had seen the subtle changes in the man’s expression. He knew this girl must have said something to make him fear her.

“Tch… I only said I would stuff bugs into his wounds that would lay eggs inside his body and slowly eat him from the inside out. He was yapping on and on about how fat and ugly the guy behind the desk was. Saying that he was actually a monster in disguise or else there would be no way for such a fat and ugly man to exist…”

“Bullshit! Are you fucking with me!?” Itami’s superior was turning red from anger. “Stop fooling around and make him put up fingers based on the number I give you.”

“Hold on let me tell him what he has to do.” Tomoya grinned as she looked at the man once more and said: “Fastso there said if you are willing to play along he will let you go. But only if you put up the fingers that correspond with the number, okay?”

The man gritted his teeth and nodded. He would rather be treated like a source of entertainment if it meant he could be set free. “Fine, I will do as you say.”

“Good! Good!” Tomoya smiled and said: “He said he will do as you say, but only if you kick him the same amount of times as the number you call out. No idea why he wants to be kicked, but he said specifically only the ugly fatso can do it.”

Itami shook his head. There was no way in hell this man had said that. He knew Tomoya was just having fun. “Tomoya, you are going too… Ouch! Damnit, why did you stomp on my foot!?”

“Because you are interrupting your superior.” Tomoya flashed the man behind the desk, who was just now getting up a smile.

“Yes, Itami, you should hold all questions until after this is done. Since this man asked me to kick him, I will oblige.” Itami’s superior had no idea if what this woman was saying was true or not, but if she was, then he would not mind giving her quite a few kicks! He had been called names left and right, and he was not even fat! He was big-boned! “Let’s begin!”
