“Sword Saint, you have to understand our position. If we start siding with a Fallen, then what are we to do? We will only hold her until the investigation is done, nothing more. But this is only if something happens. If you are willing to follow her around and vouch for her if something happens, then we will, of course, side with you.” The guard was sweating buckets. He knew talking to the Sword Saint like this was not good, but he had to make sure the town did not become labeled as a town that favors the Fallen, even if it meant angering the Sword Saint herself.

“I see… I see… Heh… To think after all the things I have done for this place.” Lishia’s gaze was very cold. “Shizu, do you mind if we skip this town? Shizuku sighed as she shook her head. “It’s fine. We can go to a small village where people are much nicer.” 

“Sounds good.” Lishia smiled at Shizuku, but her expression once more turned cold as she looked at the guard. “Tell your people that I will no longer come to your town's aid. Since my friends are not welcomed into your town and will not be treated fairly, then I will never step foot in this town again, nor will I help if such a request appears in the guild. Even if your town is about to be wiped out.”

“This…. Please wait! Sword Saint, we are trying to be as fair as possible. You have to understand our position as well.” The guard was scared. If they lost the protection of the Sword Saint, then they would lose everything. It was only because of this protection that they never been attacked by bandits and any strong monsters were killed quickly. 

“Heh… treating my friend as an enemy is considered fair? Has she ever done anything to you or your people? I only asked if she was allowed to protect herself, and you already deemed her the enemy, even if the evidence was clear at the start. You are basically telling me no matter the situation, she would be arrested, and you call this fair? Give me a fucking break! Shizu, let’s go.” Lishia grabbed Shizuku’s hand and pulled her along. They began to walk the outer wall, making their way around the town. Since they could not enter, they could only go around it. 

“Sword Saint! Please wait! Please Wait! I will ensure that she will not get arrested! I promise!” The guard quickly ran over to them and stood in front of them, baring their path. “We are truly indebted to you. You have long protected our town and allowed it to gain its current popularity. With you, there would be no Winsdale. While it may look bad on us for protecting a Fallen, I will do so. I will explain to the higher-ups what is going on. We will also pay for all your expenses while in town.”

“Lishia, let’s stay since they are being so generous. They must truly love you to be going this far for you.” Shizuku whispered, but it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

“Mmm… such love should not go unnoticed. Alright, let’s stay here. I retract my earlier statement. But just know, the first time my friends are treated as enemies or arrested for no good reason, I will destroy this town myself.” Lishia’s words made the guard sweat again. He had to be sure that no one dared to do anything to the Fallen!

After entering town with two guards as escorts, they were brought to the best inn in the town. Luckily, it was the same inn that Lishia always stayed at, and they welcomed her with open arms, as well as Shizuku and the rest. 

“Will you need five rooms?” The inn owner asked.

“Just one will do. The biggest one you have.” Lishia replied. She gave Shizuku a look, which Shizuku understood right away. This sword saint wanted to have sex again. Shizuku did not mind in the slightest. After all, Lishia was a beauty, and her body was well-toned without too much muscle. She could also get a taste of Mino as well while she was at it.

The inn owner looked at the two and giggled as she said: “I will be sure to set up the magic array so the sound barrier is activated. Please enjoy your stay.”

“Thanks!” Lishia smiled and took the key. The group made their way to the third floor, where there were only three rooms. They would be the presidential suites if you were to speak in earth terms.

“Quite big. I would never expect to see a place like this in a small town.” Shizuku was quite impressed with the room. 

“I normally stay on the first floor since I never stay here long, but since we have so many and the town is paying, we should at least enjoy ourselves for a few nights, right?” Lishia grinned. She planned to make full use of the town, paying for everything.

“I agree with Lishia on this, Shizu. Let’s stay here for a few days since we still have a long time on the road ahead of us.” Miyumi also wished to take advantage of the situation as well.

“Then let’s stay here for a few days but no more than four days. We still need to get moving.”
