“You are in a pocket space that I have created, my dear Dio.” A voice came from the black void in front of him.
“Who are you!?” Dio quickly went on guard. He did not like disembodied voices the most!
“I am the Goddess of Death. Someone who has a grudge against the goddess who gave the little girl who put you in your current state. Do you wish for revenge? Do you wish to kill that girl?” The voice from the void asked.
“Of course I do! Do you think I will just sit here and take things lying down!? I am Dio! I made it all the way to the tenth floor! I am a god in the eyes of the people!” Dio yelled out in anger. The voice from the black void chuckled as a figure suddenly appeared. She had long black hair and black eyes just as black as the abyss around her. Her long black dress clashed with her snow white skin that stuck out in the dark and almost seemed to glow. Her eyes landed on Dio as her red lips curled up into a smile. “Then I will give you an extra blessing. Us it when the time is right. You can only use it once as I can not over right your current blessing. But be warned, the eyes of the gods are always watching.”
Dio had no time to answer when he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his head. He cried out in pain while the beautiful woman with deep black eyes watched on with a smile of contempt. She then waved her hand, sending the Dio away and into the tower. She stood there for a moment and clenched her fists. “Just wait, Myoo! I will make you pay for what you did to me. I will make you, the Goddess of Wrath, feel what true wrath is….”
The Goddess of Death turned and disappeared into the black abyss. At the same time, a pair of golden eyes looked into the abyss before closing. In another place deep in a world filled with clouds and landmasses that formed on these clouds, an old man sat staring at a black pool of water. “It seems fate has begun to turn. The time of gods will soon begin once more. I wonder if those who wish for us not to meddle in the worlds below will begin to move once more.”

“Myu! Can we rest!?” Yuu was sweating from head to toe. She was hanging from Myu’s arm for dear life. She had no choice but to hang on to Myu since Myu was like some kind of machine that could keep moving without rest while she, the true Goddess of Wrath, was left breathing heavily and collapsing from exhaustion. She did not remember giving this child such stamina!
Myu pursed her lips and looked at the sweat soaked girl hanging on to her, and sighed. She looked around and spotted a spot under a tree with some shade and half dragged Yuu over before tossing her onto the ground.
“Ouch! Why did you throw me!?” Yuu cried out. She rubbed her butt and looked up at Myu with an aggrieved expression.
“Be happy that she did not burn you!” Tilly had already had enough of this girl’s complaining. She knew Myu was already getting aggravated with the girl.
Yuu wanted to complain but bit her tongue because she was afraid Myu would really try to burn her again. She was in no state to dodge at this time! “I just need a few minutes….”
“Get some sleep. It’s not like I am in a huge hurry. Not on this level that is bigger than all of the land that humans live on.” Myu had to look for twenty of these obelisks. This meant that they would need to spend many days and nights traveling around on this floor, trying to find them. It could take years just to search a floor this big. That was why it was said that the floors above the second were whole new realms altogether.
Yuu looked up at the little girl who was staring back at her indifferently and smiled. She couldn’t help but think that maybe this little girl had a softer heart than she let on. This made Yuu feel a little more at ease.

“So what should we do?” Aeko asked. It was pretty much clear that Myu was no longer on the second floor.
“We will head to the third floor. Whatever quest she gets will end up being something that will take her days. To be honest, I never thought she would be this quick in climbing. I figured she might reach the second floor, but the floor quest would stall her. But this…. Just what was her quest!? Why would she burn down the entire forest?” Kori did not know what quest Myu got, but if it was something ridiculous, thinking of the little girl’s patience, then she probably went ahead and burned down the entire forest since it was the quickest solution.
“My guess with the area it is, she probably had to kill ents, and a lot of them. Otherwise, it would not be worth it to burn down such a large area of land. And the boss of this floor…. She is already on the third floor. This floor was basically asking to be destroyed by her.” Aeko chuckled. “At any rate, we need to make sure no one else tries to anger her, or she might end up wiping out a few guilds, which will get you in trouble.”
Kori sighed as she said: “Yeah, let’s head to the third floor.”
