YITLOF: Ch: 38) Hinata’s Secret Date Part 2

After taking a small sit down break Hinta brought Yuki to the next place which was a clothing store. “Come try these on.”

Yuki looked at the pile of clothing that was shoved into her arms and wondered if she should laugh or cry. But seeing Hinata’s expectant eyes she sighed and walked into the changing room. “Ummm… Hinata, why do all of these have back zippers that are too low to reach on your own?”

“Do they?  Sorry I will come help then!” Hinata had a sly grin on her face as she shamelessly slipped into the dressing room.

Yuki really did not want to wear these clothes but seeing Hinata come in to help she sighed and decided to just try them on.

A few minutes later….

“You really shouldn’t pick out such hard to wear  clothing for me to try on. Plus when will I ever wear this stuff?”

“Huh? But I think it looks cute on you!” Hinata hugged Yuki’s waist and rested her chin on her shoulder. “You always dress up in your ninja clothes but now you are wearing proper girl clothing.”

Yuki made a face, she looked at the dress she was wearing and pursed her lips. “It’s not really that easy to move in.”

“That may be so but you never know. Maybe one day you will want to wear something like this. Quick try on the next one!” Hinata was getting excited as she passed another dress to Yuki.

In the end Yuki reluctantly tried on all the dresses but did not buy any of them. She felt they were not practical for a ninja. There was no telling when she would need to fight whether it be to defend Konoha or kill hollows. While she would change into her shinigami outfit for hollows, for ninja’s she would be battling in her normal ninja wear. Which she always wore. She felt more at peace in such style of clothing. As for Hinata she had a bright smile on her face since she got to see her Yuki in cute dresses that she picked out. Today was definitely a blissful day.

After shopping around at a few more shops the two got some ingredients to take home to have dinner. Yuki and Hinata cooked side by side as they chatted about random things. Even though they lived together and pretty much every single minute of the day together, Yuki and HInata, never ran out of things to talk about.

They would train together, lay around the house being lazy together, and sometimes even bath together. Of course, at night they would sleep together like they always did since young. The two were an inseparable combo. And Yuki who was dense by nature to the fact of the feelings of those around her, did not even realize that she herself had grown so used to Hinata at her side that at night she would snuggle up to Hinata with a blissful smile on her face.

The next day….

“Why is this damn cast so fast!?” Naruto yelled out. His face was covered in claw marks. Their first mission was to find a runaway cat. It was just that the cat in question seemed to be very good at running away. While both Hinata and Yuki could easily catch it, Kakashi had them hold back so that Naruto and Sakura could get the experience they needed.

If the two girls always did everything for Naruto and Sakura then they would never grow. Yuki understood this which why she and Hinata kept their skills to Naruto’s level as they gave chase after the cat as well.

Naruto and Sakura were not dumb. They knew the mission would have been long over if Yuki and Hinata got serious and in truth they were grateful towards them for matching their own pace as they learned how to work together properly.

“Naruto to your left!” Sakura yelled out.

“Huh!?” Naruto turned his head only to see a shadow land on his face, claw it repeatedly and then use it as a trampoline before taking off in another direction. “You damn cat you did that on purpose!”

“Naruto you idiot!” Sakura yelled out. “Why didn’t you just grab it!?”

“Calm down Sakura. Naruto was just surprised by the sudden attack. You would have been the same.” Yuki cut in before Sakura could whittle down Naruto's self esteem once more.

“But….”

“Got!” Naruto suddenly yelled out. In his arms was a cat freaking out scratching him all over but he stood there with a stupid smile on hs face. “It hid in between the garbage cans.”

“Good job Naruto.” Kakashi landed at Naruto’s side and patted him on the head. “Let’s complete our mission.”
