US Shipping

I've had a couple messages regarding US shipping - things have been turning up recently around 1/2 months late. I'm not really sure what this is because of (possibly Christmas time rush?).
If you're a US patron could you let me know what the last reward you received was?
As a rule of thumb I'll always try and send a replacement if I have the stock but I can't keep doing this as I'm loosing a good chunk of inventory/money and can't offer refunds at this time.
