Lovely stuff. It couldn't be more clear that The Mind Robber is "The Celestial Toymaker done right". A shame, because I'm sure Hartnell could have excelled in the absurdist setting if it was better put together. Great to see the section on the recent episode 1 animation too. I'm intrigued as to why Mel/Dinopuff is unable to give episodes 2-4 the same treatment if he's willing, but I trust the explanation wouldn't be withheld without good reason.
