At any given time I have between 25 and a few hundred monthly supporters. It can be chaotic! That's why it takes a bit of time in issuing rewards - it's an all day job.

Quick tips: don't retract support right after you've been charged. You disappear off my boards and I can't send you rewards. People have rejoined a week later angry that they didn't receive rewards - that's why! Patreon doesn't let me see you even if you were charged if you're no longer supporting.

If you're changing your level of support, please do it at least the day before the start of the month. Patreon can be finicky and sometimes won't acknowledge the change. It all depends on whether you're registered and approved by Patreon when they're putting through charges. Sometimes they charge you, sometimes they don't.
