The movie-of-the-month for August will be 'The Wrong Man', a Hitchcockian tale of a woman, Summer Scott, who survives a robbery that results in the murder of her husband, and the subsequent killing of the suspect by the police, who begins to wonder over the next year if the actual killer managed to escape and is now stalking her.
Summer Scott is portrayed by the lovely Alexandria Swenson. So you know it will be an interesting film, with some really fun BTS.
Also, there will be a small bonus that comes with August's movie-of-the-month, a little 60 second reimagining of one of my previous films, also starring Alexandria Swenson.
Both films arrive at the $10 level, with BTS at the $25 level.
This has been a fun year for me. Those who've watched my films over a period of time have seen me go into different types of horror, from more traditional hand-on-the-shoulder horror, to psychological horror, and to some that can't be classified. Currently, with films like 'The Sight', 'The Driver', 'Solomon's Knot' and with this film, 'The Wrong Man', I'm in a psychological/Hitchcock/twist ending horror mode. I have at least one more film along this model coming out, a film entitled 'Cooler By The Lake'.
What's next? I'm going for big plot elements. You'll see that in upcoming films like 'The Empty World', 'No One Lives Upstairs', and 'The Keek'. So hang in here, there's a lot more coming up!
