Weekly Report

Development was slow this week, but a lot of learning occurred. I began on the image generation, but like last week, getting usable images was difficult. Essentially, I only managed to get around 50% of the images generated.


'The Learning'

My prompts and methods for getting images was pretty much a brute force strategy, just putting everything I was looking for in a prompt and hoping I was lucky to get what I was looking for. It somehow worked until now.

Minor content spoilers ahead:

For dungeons, however, the 'theme' I am going for is monster girls and similar. Most of the enemies had some aspect that did not mesh well with either the model or the prompts I was trying. I ate through so much of the currency for the generator [I use Yodayo] with little results, so I had to slow down and reconsider how I went about it. I experimented some, and have a much better way for getting the poses I want, and working certain features into the images. It was frankly easy stuff to figure out that I should have understood much earlier, but I'm happy I've made some improvements on that end nonetheless.



This week I really want to get the rest of the images generated, and if I do manage that, I'll start working on the event building next.
