I'm sorry for my poor output in in August. I learned through a chance reconnecting with my mom's old friend that our old friend, coworker, family friend, and neighbor, was murdered by her husband in May. A mutual friend sensed something was wrong and called the police to do a wellness check when her husband answered the door with visible lacerations. Police quickly found her body wrapped in a duvet. What he did to her was pretty bad and I won't describe it...but her friends and I take comfort in that it looked like she put up one hell of a fight.

I'm not gonna lie and say what happened didn't affect both my personal and work life. I was friends/coworkers with her daughter too, and the murderer was the one I talked to and shook his hand while he was helping sell off stuff in my mom's condo after her death. I'm okay, though. Everyday things just take a bit longer and I'm having problems with both my agoraphobia, concentration, and energy way more than I thought it would. I know that I've been losing patrons throughout the summer for one reason or another, and I wish I had the energy to ramp up right now. I promise you tho that I'm working on getting back to a return to form.
