Every single person in Storybrooke also existed in the Enchanted Forest (the old timey place). Time was frozen in the 28 years of the curse before Emma's return so all of them look exactly the same just with different hair or clothes, like with Mr Gold aka Rumplestiltskin or Snow White aka Mary Margaret, Henry's teacher. There's a few characters whose fairytale identities you'll have to guess/predict but that's part of the fun of the first season.
