Elijah was only bit in the arm, while Kol was bit in the neck. I think that's why it affected him more.

2023-07-07 23:50:28 +0000 UTCI can't say that Marcel is "just like Klaus" because he's written to be the better version of Klaus – not in power, but in morality/character. He's a natural leader, self-assured, and more empathetic. A lot of Klaus' rage and violence stems from his anger towards Mikael, in contrast, like Klaus said, Marcel let go of his anger to his own father so he doesn't have that rage and violence, even with all this extra power. Marcel was acting reckless in this episode because he was vengeful, but since you've already seen s4 you know that Marcel was able to maintain peace between all the factions despite being so powerful – something the Mikaelsons were never able to do.
