Sunday - August 3, 2025 - Craaaazy Week!

Back on the YouTube grind. This week reminded me of when I was uploading everyday for the rest of my life (until I eventually burned out lol). This time I'm approaching it in a much more healthy way compared to those times.

This basically involves refining and crafting my daily routines specifically my Morning & Night routines. Last time, I kinda' just grinded until I was on E, over caffienated, and didn't prioritize my mental or my sleep schedule. This time, however, I've taken the time to align myself with creation, create healthy relationships with my content, and created a very easy to replicate Morning and Night routine that priorities me waking up at 5 AM with the maximum amount of mental energy every morning.

I finished reading Deep Work by Cal Newport along with several other books. I'm becoming increasingly more and more obsessed with learning and can't wait to dive into more Jung & Adlerian writings. I'm starting a new book called Codepent No More and it's already a bit of an, "Oh shit... I think that's me..." book. Reading books and seeing the author describe you almost to the tee is never not jarring. But I'm excited because I feel like it will give me more tools and help me learn about myself more.

And finally! The 2nd Channel, Ask Omni, is almost complete! I've been battling my perfectionist mentality where everything at launch has to be perfect and structured. Which is true... things should be structured... but I have to be careful to not be "too" over prepared. Some times it's OK to just get started and grow and progress over time. Finding that healthy balance as a Creator can be a bit tricky but I think I've learned to identify the sweet spot.

I also think I'm going to really like this channel because there's no drama, LOL. It's like a much needed reprieve where everything we do on the main channel is even'd out. Chaotic, tea sipping, news Omni vs more relaxed, ASMR, life advice and mental exploration Omni. Yin and Yang. Temperence!
