(INFORM)Some changes about service

1. Payment has been changed. It would be 'upfront' from this now.
2. '1 tier patron' only can see THIS month's uncensored 'Image files'.
3. '2 tier patron' can access THIS month's 'GIF images' and 'Work files'.
4. '3 tier patron' can access 'PAST works' and also can see 'Monthly request images'.
5. 'R tier patron' can receive 'Monthly request'. Plz check them.
and I have thought some change of amount of payment. But not now. And then, There would be discernment about all tiers.
and I gonna do this month's request. Don't worry guys.
