In this chapter, we pick up a few days later as Faye goes live again... and soon finds her body, fashion and personality changing beyond recognition. Can she keep her grip on reality? Or will the allure of her ever-climbing viewer count prove too seductive?

Ooo, that's a really fun idea! I hadn't thought about that. As I've been thinking about it, though, the reality change is just for her. So other people in Faye's life who know what she's like would be able to see that things have changed

I mean, next time, a regular who missed the last show who think she always had that extra bit (trying to keep my comments spoiler-free)
