This has not been tested with the the new phys bones, it may have problems!! Made a choker I have IRL today! from scratch in blender~ It's rigged for dynamic bones (the ribbon on the back isn't rigged as it seemed pointless if its being covered by hair..)
The unity preview is using matcaps, I recommend them to make the plastic look shiny!
