Happy Black Friday - Wanderer - Newt the Wanderer

The CCG brings you: Newt, the Wanderer for black Friday! Newt is a foreign survivor your settlement can adopt into their ranks, and brings with her unique knowledge and novel ideas for you to discover and employ.
She comes equipped with new story events, gear, and a fully custom personal philosophy reflecting her personal views and experiences in the world of Kingdom Death. Fully compatible with all official and CCG campaigns, Newt can be dropped in seamlessly as your Wanderer Node (replacing Luck, for instance). She can even be utilized without the Gambler's Chest Expansion, but reaches her full potential in an Arc survivor campaign.

On Page 13 is a Red Sign and a Brain with the Order to make under a specific Circumstance the Divergent (Triangle) Rank of this Booklet instead. Does it mean the "Fugue State" on Page 23 (with the Triangle) ? Because there is no Rank names "Divergent" :)
