No worries :) Oh that is quite hard to tell - i really depends on what i am painting. For a NMM gold for example, i guess i do around 2-3 layers before i move to the next (brighter) area in the light reflection - but yeah by watching some of the video tutorials you will get a better impression :)

Thanks for the fast reply :) I have another question on glazing - I was wondering how many layers you put down before you feel it's time to move on to the brighter light reflection? (You probably said it in one of the videos on glazing, but I didn't have the chance to watch it yet, AND MY CURIOSITY IS KILLING ME :D) Hence the question here.

Hey Maciej :) Well i am glad to hear that and thanks a lot for your support ! The eyes was painted with a basecoat of a 2:1 mix of evill suns scarlet / abaddon black. Then highilighted in the middle of the lenses with pure evil suns scarlet - then a final highlight with wild rider red in the middle.. For the reflection effect . i just added some evil suns scarlet to the green areas - but in glazes where i added 2-3 parts of water. :)

Hi man! I literally just joined your patreon as a came across a Facebook post and I must say - YOUR STYLE IS AMAZING! Just the right time and moment to find you, as I am coming back to the hobby (and my love for the Dark Angels) after 16 years ;) Can you shed a bit of light on how you painted the eyes here? (step by step) and how to achieve that reflection effect of the red lenses on the helmet? Sending regards from Warsaw, Poland!

Maciej
