Citadel alternatives for Vallejo MC paints Update

2020-12-21 09:48:39 +0000 UTCHey Will :) Basic skin tone is like kislev flesh, but brighter - so add a bit of ivory to it or white. Brown rose is a tricky one, i havent found any decent alternatives from GW - but its a skin tone like cadian flesht tone, but more pinkish/brownish. And intermediate blue you can use Dawnstone :)

2020-12-20 09:41:23 +0000 UTCReally nice as I struggled sometimes to find some of the alternatives, thank you! With that being said, the only observation I have is that "Buff" from VMC is kind of yellow-ish while Screaming Skull is more on the pale, white-ish side. So if people are gonna use Buff as a substitute they should be aware that the mixes might be a little different from expected. "Pale Sand (VMC)" or "Bonewhite (VGC)" seem like a better match IMO.
