3D Printed Vibro Plugs

Hi Guys,

Couple of 3D print files for you today.

This is the plug that I showcased in my video in the last post designed to fit into a Fleshlight Vibro bullet. The idea is that you can insert this into the bullet in place of the batteries and button cap and thus hook up the bullet to the OSR2's motor controllers. It's a bit fiddly to assemble, but once the cap is screwed down the bullet is pretty much plug and play.

The plug interfaces to pickups inside the case with 2x M2x8 bolts. There is no soldering needed, just add an M2 washer and nut to screw down the end of the wires. It takes a little bit of adjustment of the lower screw to get the positioning right, but get it in the right place and the plug should sit comfortably in place as you screw up the cap.  I've found that a little bit of Aluminium foil pinched under the upper bolt head can help ensure a good contact.

You will need a 4.5V power supply of some kind to power these bullets.  The Romeo BLE's motor controllers are rated to 1.2A for each channel. The vibro bullet motors are designed to run at 4.5V and at that voltage they draw just under 1A according to my multimeter. That means that you can theoretically hook up one of these bullets on each channel.

If you want to, for example, hook up all three to one channel you'll need to break out the soldiering iron and hook up a MOSFET or something similar.

Check out my last video for my suggestions on how to hook these up to the OSR2:

Enjoy! And let me know what you think.

Nope, it’s totally compatible. You can just run the wires up and over the top of the L-bracket alongside the t-valve and potentiometer wires.

Hi. Am I right in thinking this design is incompatible with the t-wist? I.e. if you are looking for an upgrade to the standard OSR2, you have to choose between running wires for the vibros or the twist functionality?
