OSR2 Beta 2 Release

This is the Beta 2 release of OSR2+. It's essentially a consolidation of all my recent work into a single release. It contains everything you need to build a 3-axis stroker robot from scratch.
The changes to the hardware are minor: The M3 screws that hold the servos now screw into the plastic, not into fiddly M3 nuts. The cutouts in the main arms now fit most metal servo horns.
This is me drawing a line under the OSR2 for the time being so I can move on to new things. ;)
