You can find Lithium Orotate in 5mg caps on the 'zon; this is the recommended form and dose. Take it at night before you go to sleep; the 1st time I took it I definitely lost focus for a few hours. So far I haven't noticed any changes to my CRS, but it may take awhile to help your body remove accumulated plaques...

2025-09-23 19:47:55 +0000 UTCOn the Ballistol and plastics topic, I work as a plastics engineer and a lot of those rubberized coatings are soft plastics full of plasticizers (pthalates, other synthetic oils that make the material soft and elastic) that are over molded onto the surface of the part. Those plasticizers oxidize and dissipate over time (if your windshield gets all oily and smudgy on a hot summer day that’s the plastcizer off gassing) so it’d make sense Ballistol would restore that texture.
