The usual ejection of brass footage seems to be missing in spots.

FWIW, "Yorkshire" is pronounced more like "York sure" than "York Shire" as you did. If you ever visit the town of York, be certain to step into Yorkminster cathedral: it has these marvelous stained glass windows; at the time of construction there was supposedly more stained glass in those windows than in all the churches in the rest of Yurp put together [glass of any type being a rare commodity in medieval Yurp...] Party on Garth!

In my Golden Years I acquired a .442 Beaumont-Adams. It leapt to be one of my favorite handguns. I can shoot very well with it. Only downside, neither No. 11 nor 10 percussion caps fit well and misfires are frequent.

A nit, but at 12:25 discussing John Adams parentage, you mention the father who was "gone by the 1940s". A long lived family....

A .45 with a long cylinder and a short barrel would be a Judge. Could a 450 Adams be chambered and safely fired to test Mae's theory?
