Giveaway for $10 Patrons

So with my trip back to the USA coming up, we'll be doing our little Chinese ingredient gift-box (we were originally planning on doing it CNY, but this trip was a bit spur of the moment). As I said, we'll end up randomly choosing three people for the gift-box and mailing it out to you.

Fair warning that (1) customs might be a variable. I've never had any issue bringing stuff in, but it's always a theoretical possibility and (2) if you're Europe-based, we unfortunately might have to send the stuff via slow boat for cost reasons.

I figured the fairest way would be to have the number of months of patronage be the number of 'balls' you get in my Excel-simulated random draw lol.

As for what's in it, we're thinking three possible packages depending on what you're more interested in:

1. Sausage Package. Good Cantonese Lap Cheong and Lap Yuk (the stuff abroad's super mediocre in my experience), Hunan Smoked Larou (love the stuff). Maybe some Sichuanese or Dongbei sausages too.

2. Guizhou Sour Soup Package. One of our all time favorite dishes, it's tough to do for the channel because it needs a specific tomato paste that's been fermented for like a half a year. It'll include the fermented tomato paste, smoked chili flakes, mujiangzi (a little seed that tastes a ton like lemongrass), mujiangzi oil... and maybe a couple other Guizhou ingredients for the hell of it.

3. Sauce and Spice Package. So I'm thinking this one would have some red and green Sichuan peppercorns, some shajiang powder, perhaps a spice mix or two from our local spice shop (which we love), and some first-press soy sauce and nice quality Shanxi mature vinegar.

Also totally open to mix and matching/requests. Will let you know who we'll be sending it to when we release the next video :)
