Celly Wonka and the Cadenceberry (animatic video!)
Added 2020-04-08 22:23:54 +0000 UTCWell, alright, in light of both the fact the COVID epidemic has us all a bit down and also that there was not a lot of content last month, I am finally sharing this to the public. ^^ This was made as a Christmas present of sorts for a friend last year, and was also a first-time experience playing around with various aspects of Clip Studio Paint's animation features--and they work really well!
This is a part of the Celly Wonka universe (for those who are late to the party, it is a Willy Wonka-style EqG universe my friend Dudewazzup and I created and did a small series on) where Cadence decides to steal a piece of gum from the inventing room during a tour...and becomes a big blueberry as a result. c:
It was my first attempt at an animatic of sorts--let alone one in simple colors--so yes it is relatively rough, but I really enjoyed how it turned out looking back on it. I hope I get a chance to do more animatics in the future--although I would prolly skip on color for a bit; that was the most painstaking part of this whole thing hands-down was getting the colors to stay consistent lol
tl;dr, this was an animatic and it was fun to work on XD;
Roughly around 40 seconds long or so I believe and, no audio since there wasn't any required at the time; but do enjoy 💕
