TUTORIAL: Tau 'Ocean' Scheme

In this tutorial Richard goes over painting a custom blue scheme for your Tau. This dark scheme is quite different from what you normally see on Tau models but covers some fantastic advice on highlighting and using shades to tie all your colours together.
