TUTORIAL: Practical Flame Effect

We weren't joking when we said the hole in the end of the gun on our Firedrake was for something cool!
Building on our Fire Drakes tutorial from a little while ago, we will be adding the practical flame effect to the miniature seen in the image. This is an incredibly broad tutorial that can be used on just about any model or terrain you see fit.
I will note that as usual there is a few steps that required an airbrush in the tutorial, however these steps are easily dealt with using a brush & outlined as such in the tutorial. If you don't have access to an airbrush, just make sure you take note of the placement of the layers.
