TUTORIAL: Penal Colony Guardsman Scheme

This week we're tackling a custom character named Bob, though at the heart of it this tutorial is about an extremely eye catching Guardsman scheme that will look great in large numbers on the board, and won't actually take that long to complete.
Outside of Guardsman, we'd love to see what other models you can successfully apply this scheme to!
